If you need an invitation letter to support your Schengen visa application for FOSDEM PGDay 2027, please send us the information listed below.

• Last name
• Full name as shown on your passport
• Title to use in the letter (Mr or Ms)
• Date of birth (please spell out the month to avoid ambiguity)
• Nationality
• Passport number
• Home address
• Contact phone number
• Duration of your stay in Belgium
• Accommodation details, if already known
• Belgian embassy or consulate where you will submit your visa application

We can only issue invitation letters for attendees with a valid and paid registration for FOSDEM PGDay. We cannot provide invitation letters for attendance at the main FOSDEM event alone.

Once an invitation letter has been issued, your registration is non-refundable. Please see our cancellation policy.
